Highlander pick-ups
If it has to be the very best, the answer is easy: pick-ups made by Highlander are the best available anywhere in the world. The only complication is the installation, which should be undertaken only by an experienced wood worker with the right equipment, but purchasers can relax, as here at Aspe Guitars we have all the equipment and years of experience. Once the pick-up is installed it is easy to add a microphone (from Highlander too) at any time.
In general I recommend the Highlander IP-2, which is a pick-up prepared to easily insert a microphone afterwards, but which functions without that option very well too. Normally the installation fee is Euro 85,- (battery excluded), now it is in offer for only Euro 279,- included all, as option for the Furch Guitars.
